Local Classes

Local classes are currently taught at the Orinda Community Center, Rossmoor Fitness Center, and Anytime Fitness.

Schedule

*Tuesdays, 3 to 4:30 pm @ Rossmoor, beginner class in Qigong, Taiji warm-ups, Taiji form and Push Hands

Wednesdays, 9 to 10:30 am @ Orinda Community Center, beginner/intermediate level class in Qigong, Taiji warm-ups, Taiji form and Push Hands

*Thursdays, 6 to 7 pm @ Anytime Fitness, beginner class in Qigong, Taiji warm-ups, Taiji form and Push Hands

Fridays, 9 to 10:30 am @ Orinda Community Center, beginner/intermediate level class in Qigong, Taiji warm-ups, Taiji form and Push Hands

*Fridays, 2:15 to 3:45 pm @ Rossmoor, beginner class in Qigong, Taiji warm-ups, Taiji form and Push Hands

Saturdays, 9 to 10:30 am @ Orinda Community Center, Advanced class in Qigong, Taiji warm-ups, Taiji form and Push Hands – beginners welcome for supervised training under advanced students! (* connotes members only)
